GUD HOA 8.6.1

The GUD HOA Homeowner and Board App provides a mobile-optimized platform for engaging with your community association. It facilitates a range of functions including payment processing, account review, and access to community information, all consolidated within a single application.

Existing users with login credentials for the association’s website can authenticate using their registered email address and password. New users can register by clicking the designated registration button and submitting their details. Upon approval, they will receive an email with a link to set their password, enabling direct access through the app.

If a user has an account but has forgotten their password, they can select the 'Forgot Password' option, enter their email address to request a reset, and follow the instructions received via email to establish a new password.

Once authenticated, homeowners gain immediate access to a suite of features, including:

• Easy switching between multiple property accounts
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Access to association documents and directories
• Community photos
• Contact information
• Assessment payments
• Violation management—add comments and upload photos directly from mobile devices
• Submission of Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with attachments, including photos taken on mobile devices
• Review of homeowner ledger
• Work order submission and status tracking—add comments and photographs from mobile devices

Board members are provided with additional capabilities, such as:

• Managing board tasks
• Reviewing architectural requests
• Accessing board documents
• Reviewing violations
• Approving invoices
• Monitoring work order submissions and review processes
